Return/Exchange & Order Policy
- You have up to 2 days after receiving your package (we will check tracking) to reach out via email with any concerns about your package. This includes anything that may not fit, etc.. Anything after 2 days we unfortunately can not make any accommodations.
- Once you have reached out via email, allow up to 3 business days for a response. Once we have worked something out and you do decide to return something, you must send the package back to the address that was received on the front of your package.
- We must receive tracking of the returned package no later than 3 days of an email response. If failed to follow these guidelines, we will not accept the package.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to be refunded in store credit only after package is received.
- All orders take up to 1 week to process and ship. Depending on the business, you will likely receive tracking the same day order was placed or up to 3 days however, please allow up to 1 week after order was placed to reach out with any concerns.
- If for any reason there may be a delay, we will reach out to you and keep you updated.
