FAQ's

How long is processing/shipping?
Most items are processed in shipped the following business day, depending on volume orders it may take up to 7 business days before receiving a tracking number.

What carrier do you use to ship?
USPS.

When will you restock on an item?
We typically have no restock date on any items however, please sign up to receive emails regarding future drops/restocks.

Returns & Exchanges
You have up to 2 days after receiving your package (we will check tracking) to reach out via email with any concerns about your package. This includes anything that may not fit, etc.. Anything after 2 days we unfortunately can not make any accommodations.
Once you have reached out via email, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. Once a decision is reached, you must send the package back to the returned address with all tags.
We must receive tracking of the returned package no later than 3 days of an email response. If failed to follow these guidelines, we will not accept the package and the refund will be cancelled.
Please allow up to 2 business days to be refunded after package is received, this does not include the shipping costs for you to send them back.
If for any reason there may be a delay, we will reach out to you and keep you updated.
